This property is located on Neptune Avenue, between Stone Steps Beach and Beacons Beach in Leucadia. The owner is an artist, and the home is filled with beautiful and colorful pieces of art. Saltillo tile flooring with colorful countertop tile will greet you when you enter. Vibrant splashes of color and creative patterns create a true coastal oasis. And all of this is framed by what appears to be a rainforest of bamboo, flowering bougainvillea and eucalyptus trees right outside the door. This will become your private paradise. Once you are ready, grab your flip flops and head for the local beach, a few minute walk from your front door.
